We build every MK Rigs system to order, with care and precision – and we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
Standard custom builds are typically dispatched within 5–7 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
Fully water-cooled systems take a little more time and are usually dispatched within 10–14 working days, allowing for extra build time, loop testing, and final polish.
This timeline includes payment confirmation, component handling, assembly, and thorough testing to ensure your rig performs flawlessly out of the box.
You’ll receive regular email and SMS updates, and an estimated shipping date will be provided at checkout.
Please note: during peak periods, build times may vary slightly – but we’ll always keep you in the loop.

Which postcodes do you deliver to?
We offer delivery to the UK Mainland, plus the Highlands & Islands of Scotland.
Sadly, we do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man or the Isles of Scilly.

Your order will be dispatched on a next working day delivery service and therefore it may be delivered at any time between 09:00 – 18:00.
Our couriers may also provide you with a one-hour delivery slot.
