General

Our opening hours are 09:00 – 18:00 Monday to Saturday (Excluding bank holidays).

Max has been building rigs for many years and it was late in 2019 that MK Rigs was born.

Build & Components

Every MK Rigs system is built to order, so you choose exactly what goes into your rig - from CPU and GPU to cooling, storage, lighting, and case design. If it’s on our configurator, you can customise it.
Air cooling uses fans and heatsinks, while liquid cooling uses coolant to transfer heat away from components. Liquid cooling typically runs quieter and looks cleaner, especially in high-performance builds.
Absolutely. We design all systems with upgradeability in mind. Whether it’s adding more RAM, upgrading your GPU, or expanding storage - you’ll have room to grow.
Not by default - we focus on stability and long-term performance. But if you’re interested in overclocking or thermal tuning, drop us a message before placing your order.
In most cases, yes - just get in touch before placing your order and we’ll see what we can do. We’re happy to build around your preferences where possible.
We do! Whether you want an all-white aesthetic, full RGB lighting, or a clean minimalist build, we can help design something that fits your style.

Performance & Setup

Yes! Every system is fully assembled, tested, and comes with Windows 11 pre-installed and activated. Just plug it in, power up, and you’re good to go.
It depends on your chosen hardware, resolution, and settings - but we match parts carefully to avoid bottlenecks and deliver high FPS in today’s most popular titles. If you’re unsure, we’ll be happy to advise based on your game list.
Yes, we pre-install all drivers and update the BIOS to the latest stable version during the build process. You don’t need to touch a thing..

Troubleshooting

The extra parts and cables are provided to you in the event that you want to add more hardware or features to your computer in the future. They DO NOT need to be installed before using the computer.

Make sure that your display is connected to a HDMI or DP port on the graphics card.

Please refer to Step 2 of the Quick Start Guide here.

Open the glass-side panel of your system and check for loose cables and components. Although it is rare, components may have moved during transit. Please report any issues immediately.

Please double-check your order invoice to ensure your system comes with a wireless card.

If a wireless card has been selected, please make sure you have connected the aerials which were sent to you. These are simply screwed onto the gold connectors at the back of your PC.

If your system doesn’t come with a wireless card, you can connect to the internet using an ethernet cable. Please refer to step 4 of the Quick Start Guide here.

Delivery

We offer delivery to the UK Mainland, plus the Highlands & Islands of Scotland.

Sadly, we do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man or the Isles of Scilly.

When your order is dispatched you will be notified by email & SMS. This will include your tracking number and a link to our chosen courier tracking portal.
For UK Mainland, once your order is shipped, it is estimated that your system will be with you on the next working day (excluding weekend and bank holidays). Please note: Deliveries to Scottish Highlands will take longer. Depending on the accessibility of your location, deliveries are generally 2 working days.

Your order will be dispatched on a next working day delivery service and therefore it may be delivered at any time between 09:00 – 18:00.

Our couriers may also provide you with a one-hour delivery slot.

Should there be nobody available at your premises to accept delivery of your order, the courier will leave a calling card with instructions for you to re-arrange delivery.
At the moment, we’re online-only for production and delivery — but we offer tracked shipping across the UK and keep you updated every step of the way.
