Every MK Rigs system is built with care, tested thoroughly, and backed by a warranty you can rely on.

What’s Covered

All MK Rigs custom-built PCs come with a 3-year warranty as standard:

  • 1 year parts cover

  • 3 years labour cover

This warranty applies to all systems purchased directly from MK Rigs.

How It Works

Your warranty begins the day your PC is delivered. If something goes wrong:

  • We’ll cover the labour for any repairs for 3 years

  • We’ll also cover the cost of parts during the first year

After the first year, if a part needs replacing, we’ll still handle the repair – you’ll just cover the cost of the part itself. We’ll always discuss options with you first.

Returns & Repairs

If your PC needs to come back to us:

  • We’ll provide instructions and return authorisation (RMA)

  • You’ll need to pack it securely – ideally in the original packaging

  • If you don’t have the box, we may be able to supply packaging (a small cost may apply)

Within the first 6 months, if you still have the original packaging, we’ll even collect your system for free (UK mainland only).

What’s Not Covered

Keeping Your Warranty Valid

To ensure your warranty stays valid:

  • Keep your invoice or proof of purchase

  • Don’t remove or damage warranty stickers

  • Don’t install unsupported components or overclock your system

Need to Return Something?

Returns must include an RMA number provided by our team. Any return sent without this will be refused. We’ll always aim to diagnose and repair your system as quickly as possible.
